Kelli Holliefield has been working in wealth management and tax planning since 2000, she saw very early in her career the importance of merging financial services with tax planning. Kelli is an eager and willing team player who really enjoys helping our clients. Her passion and loyalty to our company and clients is long-lasting. Kelli and her three sons live on the lake in Little Elm, TX. She enjoys watching the children excel in sports and spending time outdoors with friends and family.

Sydney began her career in the tax preparation and financial industry in 2015. She brings with her the quick ability to learn and efficiently master any task given. Her hard work and determination make her invaluable. Sydney brings her loyalty and dedication and it is recognized by our clients. She graduated from West Texas A&M University with her Master of Science in Finance and Economics. Sydney enjoys working on DIY projects, reading, and spending time on the lake with friends and family.

Cassi Aguilar serves as the Operations Manager at Broad Basis, where she’s known for her efficiency, professionalism, and naturally friendly presence. She keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly and is often the first to step in with a solution or a smile. Her strength in customer relations and organization ensures that clients feel taken care of and the team is always supported.

Outside the office, Cassi enjoys her newest and favorite role yet: becoming a grandmother. Known lovingly as “Nana,” she brings that same warmth, care, and dedication into everything she does at Broad Basis.

My career began in construction, where I developed a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for building things the right way from the ground up. As a business owner of an insurance agency, I had the privilege of working closely with individuals and families to protect what matters most to them. That experience strengthened not only my understanding of risk management but also my passion for serving others in a meaningful way.

Today, in Wealth Management, I am able to fully pursue that passion. I love providing support to advisors in helping clients identify gaps in their financial plans, simplify complex decisions, and create thoughtful strategies that align with their goals and values.
